RML-17 diverter valve

I have a 245 with a front-end loader that gets pressure to the loader control manifold through an RML-17 diverter valve in front of the seat. The set-up has worked well over the years but now I have a crack in the diverter housing where the output hose screws into the valve body. I'd like to replace the housing on the valve but so far haven't been able to locate one. An option would be to have the valve body welded at a machine shop but I'm not sure how healthy that would be for the internals.

Anyone worked on one of these units [RML-17] as far as removing it from the top of the pump. Any small parts that try to spring out or fall down into the pump?
