Pony Draw Bar

I'm having a draw bar made for my Pony. Based on the brackets, which I have, I know the O/S dimension of the bar at the point of attachment and the positioning and size of those holes. But since the Agco parts book does not provide dimensions, I'd really appreciate some measuring help from someone out there that has a post-1950 draw bar. I've attached a drawing, and the dimension I need are indicated as items A-E. Also, if you can give me the approx angle of the hitch bar at point of attachment and the dimension of the holes in the hitch bar, that would be fantastic. Finally, what it the thickness of the steel?

Sorry, image did not upload, so trying again. Thanks!

Thanks, Minor09. I sent a second reply with a diagram attached. Could you help me out with some of those measurements? Would really appreciate your help.

Hey 52, I think you're way south of central NY, so coming over to measure what you want probably won't work. But anything you need I can measure if miner09 doesn't help you out first. As to the angle, I could measure it but not sure how as I don't have that tool. But maybe there's a way, I'll think on it. I thought the angle was to get the implement (plow) angled down when pulling. This one's a '51 and it's angled. Us little red tractors guys gotta stick together!

I have 2 drawbar with my tractor. One is flat the other is angled. The angle is such that the crossbar is flat when in the high or low position.
