Massey Color:

I'm looking to paint some wheels on a Massey 253 and am looking for some rattle cans of paint. Anyone have any ideas as to what number or color to buy for the correct color? The wheels are in good shape but I thought it would be a good idea to give them a coat of paint before I put them on the tractor. I don't want to have to order paint or go to a Massey dealer to get the paint. Ace Hardware is my place of choice but they have so many colors of grey or sliver I don't know which is the correct one.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Dick

The correct Massey colour is called 'silver mist' but I use Hammerite, 'smooth silver.'...works well for me!

My brothers 150, silver mist metallic on the rims, MF red on the centers. The original front wheels (that are not on the tractor in this picture) are painted the same way the rears are.

Nice tractors, guys. But a difficult question; don't want the MF dealer yet do want the "correct" color. What I did, I went and got Rustoleum "Hammered" aluminmum color spray cans.
With my sloppy technique, my runs and drips and errors, it looks just like real galvanizing. Like it a lot.
