MF 135, gas power, Perkins engine fuel tank removal

I must replace my valve cover gasket, leaking badly. I cannot find a way to remove the hold-down right in the center on the fuel tank-bottom side, that holds the fuel tank to the engine. The rest is easy, just this hold-down that looks like a link with a spring on it.
Any suggestions other than trade it for a new tractor?

Remove the two rear bolts that hold the hood support arm and then slide the tank rearward and that will unlatch the forward mount. The tank has slotted mount underside and it slides under the bolt heads. The springs keep downward pull on the tank.

Thank you John. I couldn't figure that out. I removed the rear bolts and the front, but that link with a spring in the center stumped me.
