TO-30 fan shroud

I have a TO-30 that I bought used many years ago and I have been experiencing a cooling problem now after several years of use. For the radiator to cool properly a shroud needs to be in place to pull the air through the cooling fins. I see there isn't any shroud parts listed on this site. Is there some other place to buy a shroud or a way to make one or modify an existing shroud?

I have a 1957 TO35 Ferguson, it has a fan shroud,
you might look for one made for a TO35, it might
work.

Also, have the radiator checked, it may be
stopped up. Radiator shop can do a flow test.
Thermostat may be partially stuck closed, (coolant
50/50 antifreeze/distilled water). Water pump fins
could be eaten away, so many things can be wrong.

But, whatever the problem, you do not want the engine
to get hot.

My old radiator is original, I run it with the
radiator cap loose, so pressure does not build up,
these old systems only need around 6 psi, check your
radiator cap, psi is stamped into the cap, if not
get one that does tell psi or leave it loose.

I repeat, do not let the motor get hot, the rings will harden and it will start burning oil, just ask my neighbor, it happened to his Ferguson.

Can you secure one of those red dot temperature guns
Read temperature of motor at different places temperature gauge could be broken.

You should have a shroud on it.
Are you sure that you do have a bunch of crud plugging the air side of the radiator? Dirt, chaff, etc. How about the coolant side?

Is your fan belt tight, do you have the correct pressure cap on the radiator and is it working correctly?
Make sure the lower hose isn"t collapsing when you rev up, make sure that your carb mixture is greater than 1 turn from full closed and that your timing is not retarded.
