MF 135?

I am talking to a guy that is selling a MF 135 it's a diesel. He says that it leaks some oil and fuel and that it burns a little oil. I haven't seen it or heard it run in person but wanted to ask a few ?'s He's about hour and a half from my home. He's asking $3200 Are these issues that I should be worried about ? Are they signs of a worn out tractor or needing engine work soon? He says it runs great he uses it for brush cutting and the previous owner did the same. Your thoughts and opinions welcomed.

I know it's a vague question but any thoughts would have been nice. I wasn't going to hold your feet to the fire for your opinions.

From just the little description you gave I wouldn't give more than $2500-2700 for it since it burns some oil, has some leaks. You will be probably putting some $$$$ in it over time fixing things, but you will have a better tractor than most of the ones built today. It sounds like a mechanics special if you can, or know someone who can help you with repairs. If you have to take it to a shop for every repair, keep looking for a better one.
