Massey harris 101 super

Hi guys, what does the 101 super compare to, as far as weight size, etc.? Have found one close to home but dont know much about them. Have a 333 and pony, so familier with MH, just not this model. Are they close to a farmall h or m? Did read that they are pretty fast in road gear. Are they rare? Been to alot of shows and dont remember ever seeing one.

Had a 46 with the 226 Continental engine. Lots of power. Ran sawmill for years with it. It is close to a Farmall M in size, but don't think it would pull quite as much plow. Wish I had kept that old tractor.

If it is a 101 Super, it has a Chrysler engine in it. Yes, nice tractor to have. Runs like an old Dodge pickup truck.

They first appeared in 1938 and replaced by the 101 senior that had a continental 6cyl!! I have one and that chry flathead 6 is a real smooth running engine!!! I haven't turned it loose on the road but it will go and mine has 38 inch tires on it, normal size were 36 I believe!!!

I have a 1940 Super 101 and it is pretty fast, buddy had his Farmall H wide open on road and i passed him up, so i think mine will run around 19 or 20 MPH. Gene
