I need to rebuild my power steering cylinder and can't figure
out how to remove it. I'm able to remove the left side pin and
the control arm actuator but can't figure out how to get the right
side off.

Can someone give me some guidance?

In the attached pics you can see where I have disconnected the left side and control arm.

Pop the drag link off of the actuating arm carefully.I used a pickle fork.
Remove large snap ring and get that actuating arm out of the way.
You should now be able to lift the cylinder off with the connecting arm still attached to cylinder.
Is this clear to you?

I think so. I thought I could remove the cylinder without removing the actuating and connecting arms from the steering shaft but that looks to be required, correct?

The pin that is thru the cylinder that connects to the connecting arm is held in place by two bolts and seems impossible to remove with cylinder in place.
Once the cylinder and connecting rod is out of tractor then they can be separated.
Check this pin.I put a new genuine Massey Ferguson one in and it broke within 50 hrs.
I rebuilt my cylinder last spring and had to put another new pin in.This one is Sparex.
