AD4-203: Help Me Identify What Goes Here

I'm restoring my grandfather's 1968 Massey MF-165 and there appears to be a missing line or hose on the left side of the engine. Can someone help identify what goes here?

I think it's a block drain
Loosen it off and it should allow anti freeze out
of the block
but normally they are plugged up with crude so you
would need to unblock it to work
Someone with more know how will be able to confirm
this

You are right, block coolant drain fitting.

Thanks for the quick responses! It must be plugged or the valve broken off in a closed state because the radiator is full and there is no fluid coming out.
