Is the MH 50HC (1957)a very collectable tractor? I have Fergusons but was looking at a MH50 but don't know a lot about how popular they are. I know there same as Ferguson's except tin.
Thanks Mickey

mickey, I don't know them to be anymore valuable than the mf50. I know on the agcopartsbook site they list both tractors together, so parts shouldn't be an issue. I don't think I would spend more than you would on a mf 50.

you might have trouble finding some parts since it's kind of an in-between. I have a '57 MHF 50 and have a couple of issues with parts not fitting

"Rare" in the sense there aren't a lot of them isn't quite the same as "rare" in the sense they're valuable...

Ferguson F40 High Arch is probably slightly more valuable of the 3 variations, just because there are more Ferguson collectors.

Massey Harris 50 High Arch is roughly the same value as a MH50 utility, and based primarily on condition, as it is with the F40, and MF 50

MF 50 High Arch gas...same story. I have found a few more buyers willing to shell out big dollars on later MF 50 High Arch with Perkins diesels, but not so much I'd say they're "valuable".
