MF135 Engine Sleeve/Line

Hi,
I have overhauled my tractor 1.5 year ago (changed
liner, rings, pistons to new standard) and
recently I have noted a massive oil popping out of
dipstick. I opened up the engine and found that
rings are all okay but there are slight cracks on
the liners/sleeves.
Can this lead to high back pressure in the oil pan
leading to popping out of oil.

I take it you have the Continental 4 cyl? It's possible the sleeves may have ballooned in the center of the bore. Sounds like the sleeves you got weren't very good.

Its a MF 135 3 cylinder Perkins. I want confirmation if crack in the sleeve 2 inch from top (only) will lead to high back pressure in the oil pan.

I don't think a small crack(s) is the main cause your problem. The head gasket, warped head, warped cylinder deck, and or bad head bolts could.

But a warped head gasket will also lead to back pressure in water circulation (radiator). Do you think

I have removed the head and there is no sign (smoke or carbon) indicating that compression was leaking though the head gasket.

It is possible that a leaking head gasket can pressurize the crank case through a part of where the oil drains back down from the top of the head to the crank case. The best way to diagnose the leak would have been either a dry & wet compression test, or a leak down test before pulling the head off.

Yes I would say quite possible. Pressure could pass the rings at the point of the crack of squeeze down between liner and block bore.
Not really what you want to hear though.
Dave P where are you?
