MF 65 water in hydraulics

Hi guys, I bought a 1965 MF 65 gas this fall. It has the Davis model 99 front loader. This winter I was using it for snow removal, then one day the loader quit working. Well the last couple days the temps went above freezing. Now the loader works a1. So I guess I have water in the system. Problem is, I don't see a drain plug. On this loader the fluid is in the loader frame itself. I am stumped. The weather is going below freezing tomorrow, so I would like to fit it today. If I can't get the water out is there anything I can safely add to keep it from freezing? Also I should note the three point hitch quit working the same time. Which is now working as well. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

The drain plug is in the bottom of left side frame (the one with
the breather and dipstick assembly) under the upright part. If
not obvious, someone may have installed and allenhead plug
that is flush with the drain hole.
You probably have water in the transmission (same oil as 3-
point lift). Warm tractor up and then drain system - 2 drain
plugs on left side of tractor - One for transmission and one for
rear housing. The transmission/hydraulic system capacity is 8
gallons.
If the rubber boots are cracked or missing on the bottom of the
gear shift levers, replace them as this how water gets into the
system.
