MF 1085 fuel

mf 1085 - fuel will not enter left fuel tank from right tank filler. Is left tank have a vent?

Each tank has it's own vent hose and breather on top of the tank, I'd guess you have one side with a pinched or plugged breather....

There is a hose at the bottom of the tanks that interconnect. It has a skid plate or cover preventing the hose from being damaged. Probably has something wedge into it blocking off the fuel

I removed the skid plate, hose seems ok, I will check the vent if I can get to it.

If this only happens in cold weather, could be water in that hose froze up.

On my 1080 that hose collapsed just from age and
caused that problem. It was quite a chore finding
another one.
