1105 CAV Inj. pump?

There is a round diaphragm looking object that
threads into the front of the pump, it is leaking
and I have put in o-rings before as a temporary
fix, what is supposed to be there to fix the
problem? - maybe a copper washer or something?
Does that part itself go bad? It was leaking a lot
yesterday and I stopped the tractor and took part
off and replaced it back on the pump now I can't
get tractor started. I bled the pump but nothing.
I am now wondering if that part is sucking in air.
Whenever I have replaced filters or this o-ring
before I never had problem getting tractor started
before. It is also around 0 degrees here in
Southern Michigan.

The part is Delphi# 7139 159B, and yes they can leak. There are two O rings on it, and a steel spacer washer against one O ring originally. The new style DOES NOT need the steel washer due to a design change but still uses two O rings. I suspect you still have air in the system. Also be aware of the small steel ball as it is removed/replaced and put it back in the new one.

Thanks, exactly what I was looking for. Somewhere along the way I lost those o rings and washer.

Is there a size for those so I can purchase locally, my dealer is a long ways out, also what order are the parts installed.
