Massey Harris 222 ?

Hi,

Was there never a Massey Harris 222 tractor ? I am familiar with that they had a 222 combine, but I thought I had read somewhere that the 22, 33, 44, and 55 was developed into the 222, 333, 444, and 555. But, now I can not find any information about a 222.

MH never had a 222 tractor, the 22 was replaced by the 23 Mustang. I'm surprised no one has made there own 222 for tractor shows to have fun with...

Bill, The 222 was just the corn head for the
combine. The combine would have a diff. model No.

Had a Massey Harris 55 that someone transplanted a 3-71 Detroit into--very nice job. With a bit of red and yellow paint, I changed the 55 into 66----fooled a lot of people!!
