While some parts are different on the MF 97 like the grill, and some other parts it was based/built from Minneapolis-Moline http://www.tractordata.com/farm-tractors/000/7/3/739-massey-ferguson-97.html It will probably take awhile to find the MF specific parts.

CALLED EVERY ONE ON THIS LIST, NO GO - ANYBODY HAVE A WHOLE TRACTOR THAT THEY JUST WANT TO SELL THE TAG OFF IT ? I WAS SANDBLASTING THE FRAME AND WHEN I CAME TO MY TAG I JUST RIPPED IT OFF AND 5 PIECES WITH A SCREW DRIVER BECAUSE I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE EASY TO GET ANOTHER ONE LIKE I'VE DONE WITH MY OTHER FARMALLS AND MOLINES I OWN . I WILL PAY A GOOD PRICE FOR ONE IF YOU CAN COME UP WITH ONE ?

One more thing comes to mind, there, LoneWolf. I was searchihg for a different clutch pedal asembly for my MF-240-S, and I wandered varous salvage yards, no go, no luck. HOEWVER, I discovered that a clutch pedal assembly from off an old MF-55, I think it was, would be a perfect fit. Got it, the whold assembly was perfect. You might find if you can personally wander a few salvage yards, you might discover something.

I have two massey 97's im parting out. gonna crush them once i strip em down more. I dont have any sheetmetal or radiators. i believe they both have tags, powertrains are pretty much complete. location battleford saskatchewan.
