1130 aftermarket parking brake

I've got a 1130 with the multipower transmission, and his summer I broke park. I'm having it repaired this winter but was wondering of there is any aftermarket parking brake system for this tractor. I hate to get it fixed only to have it brake again and if sure seems like they are a weak setup.
Thanks in advance!

There is no aftermarket setup that I know of......short of carrying a block of wood and blocking the wheels!
Only way a guy can destroy the parking brake is by not stopping completely before shifting it into park. If you don't stop completely with no forward or rearward movement you'll tear them up everytime!

Hi Mr MF rules. As I'm the guy that according to some, knows nothing about any MF's some won't want to here my input really but here goes anyway L.O.L.

The other thing that messes them up real good
on an 1135, is if the press fit pivot pin, for
the linkage comes out the side of the trans
casting.
The guy then gets it in gear, and tries to
drive off. According to the guy that did it, it
makes a rather loud bang. kinda a clicking
noise for a while after as the latch and gear
destroys it's self.
it would seem a 130 odd hp overrides the parts
in that park brake system pretty good.
He found the end of the park lock and a fair
few teeth in the bottom of the trans.
Now he has the aftermarket park brake you
suggest.
At the time of his first call He was more
concerned about getting the pin back in!
eventually he came round to the thinking of
trans damage, after I explained how it worked
and the funny noises he heard.

Finally when the chunks were in his hand ,He
admitted maybe he should of asked me in the
first place what was wrong, before trying to
drive off.

To the OP I would suggest getting the oil out
and bottom filter plate off and the park brake cover ,
count the missing teeth and try to account
for all the broken teeth, in the bottom if you haven't
already, and you are still using the tractor ,at the moment.
If anything happens to get someplace it
shouldn't, like a tooth between 2 more gears
somewhere. Serious damage may occur to other
components in the drive line.

Located in north Dakota 1000 hours on overhaul. Turbo went out and we parked it in the pole barn 2 years ago. we would be very reasonable on price. They aren't a high dollar tractor.

Hi I'm north of you across the line, if nobody else has first shot on the tractor from the forum, and I'm not stepping on someones toes.
I was talking to a farm friend over in Sk the other night. He asked about a nice 1100 or maybe 1130. Can't remember which he wanted. I Wonder if he might be interested. my emails open in Classic view.
If you want drop me a message with contact info/price and I'll talk to him about it, and pass your info on, and see what he thinks.
Regards Robert
