what's a 135 worth

I'm looking this a 135 gas it sat for a long
time not sure how long. Runs rough the owner
rebuilt the carb and cleaned gas tank pto won't
engage 3pt did not work power steering did not
work rear rims rusted out at valve stems rear
tires 30%. What would it be worth in this
condition.

If you have to buy all the parts to fix it then it's not worth more than junk price. IMO

If you have the ability to do the repair work it needs yourself I wouldn't give more than $2000 for it. If you have to take it to a shop to have the work done it's not worth buying. The power steering on the 135 usually isn't that good when it's working, since it's not working I'd remove it (like I did on mine). If you have to have the power steering it's not worth buying. The power steering parts are crazy expensive (another reason why I took it off mine). If you need power steering a MF150 would be a lot better.
