Another one followed me home

I saw this on craigslist Saturday and went and
looked at it. I made the guy an offer not really
expecting him to take it. Well wouldn't you know it,
he did. I just got back from driving it home. It
took me an hour. Seems good so far. Massey 180 MP.

Perkins 236 diesel. Runs like a champ. Tach works and only reads 1025 hours. I have another 180 but it seems a little windy compared to this one.
 
Yes. Neighbor had one. The dealer I worked for only sold one Perkins gas tractor, a 165 with the 212 engine. Fellow that bought it did not like the smell of diesel fuel. We loaned him a 275 diesel when his 165 was down awhile, still would not consider diesels even though he liked the economy of the 275.
 

I saw that one Brendan. I'm trying to swing a jd420 crawler so I couldn't go looking. How much did he finally accept? IIRC he started at $5500, but I might be confused. It was out in Lafargeville area wasn't it?
 
No. This one was in Rossie. Right in your backyard.
He was asking 4500 and took 3000. Pretty quickly,
maybe I should of offered less. I don't think I can
get hurt for that money.
