Massey Harris 101 Jr problem

What is the easiest way to get the rear wheels off of a 101 Jr? I've tried heating up the center of the rim and hitting the rim with a mall, that did nothing. I even put a 2 jaw puller on the rim pressing on the axle, that didn't do anything either. I don't know if I should drill the key out or what. I'd appreciate any advice. Thanks

Hydraulic jack attached with a chain to the wheel. Pretty dangerous (chain can broke on you), but it works. I did it on my 44 with success.

Just went thru that with my 1941 101 jr with full cast center rear
wheels!!! Worked on them on most of the summer!!! I used used
3/4 redi rod thru the cast wheel with 2 1/2 heavy square tubing
across the axle, plus a port-a-power in the inside!!! I also used a
long 1/2 drill and drilled both keys out!!! I drilled 2 3/8 holes at 90
degrees to keyways along and lengthways between hub and axle
which I drove a 3/8 steel rod in to fill it after got the wheels freed!!
Also tried heating!!! Would work on it maybe 3 or 4 hrs at a time,
then soak it down (various penetrates, including ATF acetone
mixture) walk away from it for several days then work on it some
more!!! Finally got both to move and off!!! You didn't say if yours
had the hubs or full cast center (later models used hubs)!! Good
luck with them either way, know mine took a lot of patience but it
finally payed off!!

I tried a chain and a hydraulic jack on a field cultivator years ago to straighten the frame and it came out after me. Next thing I knew, I was laying against the barn door and bleeding like a stuck hog. Broke my jaw and almost bit my tongue in half. It was 2 years before the scar was off my tongue. Still have the dent in my jaw. FYI
