Does it matter if the thick part of the drive adapter disc faces toward the engine or the radator? Thanks Chuck K.

I've always put the thick part to the front, but as long as the thick part doesn't space the disk away at the mounting bolts it should still work, you just won't have as much pump drive shaft engagement with the driveshaft.
