Perkins overhaul kit

Looking for an overhaul kit for a Perkins A4.236 engine.
Anyone ever used a Tru power kit sold by TIsco? Prices are
decent. Don't know if they are American parts or imports. I
would pay extra money if I knew I were getting USA made
parts over imported parts. Only going to overhaul it once and
don't want to put price over quality.

Never got one for a Perkins but more than happy with the one inmy WD allis chalmers.

Cat owns Perkins. It is not in their best interest to keep making replacement parts to keep obsolete engines running, rather than sell a replacement unit. I had a heck of a time finding any new parts for a blown UA212 a couple years ago. Cat makes the call. Everything beyond a rebuild kit from YT here came from junk yards.
Perkins is/was an English company, if spare parts were ever made in the USA, it was to save money, but more than likely parts are made in Germany, if at all?

I've bought kits from Tisco on here and also bought kits from Ag-Kits both seem to be of good quality and I have had no problems with either one. Check prices for the same kit as they vary widely. Tisco kit from here for my IH 364 was made in England, Berco brand.
