massey 65 front mount hyd. pump

I have a massey 65 with a front mount hydraulic pump. It has the 3 bolt flange that mounts to the front of the engine. This is the second time in 3 months that the rubber inserts have vibrated loose and come out. I tightened them each time to the proper specs. Everything seems fine with the pump i.e. (no shaft play) and the connecting pump shaft to the flange is new. What could be causing this?

you figured it out in your post it's vibration
use loctite to solve them from being vibrated loose

Is this 65, gas, or diesel? I have a PTO hydraulic pump and was wondering if there is pumps to run off the front end a gas 65?
