Hi there, anybody out there ever turn up an 1130? I just had the pump done, set at 140cc. And did a bunch of porting on the heads, manifolds, and also a fresh valve job. But only makes 150-160hp on my dyno and 10-12 psi boost. I even tried a turbo from a 5.9l cummins and then a turbo from a 466 Deere! Still 10-12psi boost. I haven't got the injectors done yet due to my pulling budget but is that the answer to getting over 200hp? Any feed back would be helpfull. Thank you!

2 stage turbocharger setup, 50 to 100 psi of boost should get you there. Instead of intercoolers use water/alky injection between the 2 stages.

200 horsepower out of a 354 perkins!? Good luck keeping head gaskets together on that one......better put a zipper on that engine! The clutch system won't handle 200 horespower either!!!! Had an 1135 set at 160hp and had constant problems w head gaskets and clutch disks ripping centers out of them.....354 perkins engines are junk!!!! You want to do some serious pulling find an 1155 with the 540 V8......now there's an engine that will hold up to abuse!!!!
Good luck.....your gonna need it.
