Hi, these bolts are normally 3/8"unc.
You will need a 1" x 3/8"unc bolt and one 3/8"unc half-nut.

mine has no nut-only bolt butts up against tie rod, the rod is hollowed out. the bolt may be specially shaped on the end to but against rod in the hollowed out part.

Hi, the bolt can be ground or filed to a blunt point to fit the dimple on the track-rod end.
