Massey backhoe ??

Hello I have a massey backhoe 220 ,What are the GPM requirements for it and also dose any one have a manual for it , I would like to make or buy a set of joysticks for it , If some one could send me a photo of them I could build a set. My old tlb had a set of them this hoe dosn't and I miss them .. Thanks Bryan

If you are talking about the 220 backhoe that might have been found on a late 50's to mid 60's tractor such as a 202 then I can help.
The hydraulic pump was 17gpm at 2000rpm at 2150psi
I have a manual in pdf format somewhere but I will have to scour my old computer because I think it's on there.
For a parts diagram etc. you can go to agcopartsbooks.com and search for it, I believe it's still there. To build joysticks for one would be an interesting project for sure. I'm just so used to the controls on mine I don't know if I could use it with joysticks.

that backhoe is also very similar to the newer model ones mf 52 and mf 52a
with very little differences
but they all have the 6 lever controls
commonly refered to as piano keys
I was told that it wouldn't be cost effective to change mine over to the joy stick set up and I preferr it this way
