For some reason I can't reply to your post? The 255, 265, and 275 all had similiar hydraulic set-ups. I've not seen the type of lever mentioned earlier on these models before, doesn't mean they don't exist. First, I would ensure that the round headed lever is FULL up(full forward) then move the square headed lever to see if the lift works.(Square head is the "Position" control, round headed is the "Draft" control)The Draft control must be full up for the Position control to work. If that doesn't help then you have a lever that is not moving under the lift cover correctly OR you "may" have an internal hydraulic pump problem. The fact that the PTO is now inop leads me to guess that the pump is having issues. DavidP,South Wales has posted some excellent picture before and may give some direction. Hope this helps!
