loader hydraulic oil

Need to add oil to the loader hydraulics reservoir on a MF20c.The manual says to use MF Multiguard SAE 10W. or equivilent engine crankcase oil. Have been reading forums all day trying to find out what to use. Can't find a straight 10W oil.I live in Phoenix, Arizona (very warm) so i Thought about using 20W or 30W. Some forum replies say to use only non-detergent oil. Others say OK to use multi-viscosity detergent oil. Anyone have any input on this? Sure could use some help.

Universal tractor hydraulic fluid will work fine (if the loader hydraulic system is separate from the transmission), I use it in older Bobcat skid steers with no problems here in the hot Texas summers even on over 100+ degree days.

my mf 20 tlb manual states to use oil comforming
to mf sprcifications m-1110

with that said i have been using hydraulic oil
from tsc usally whats on sale
been 8 yrs now with no problems

have been told universal tractor fluid is also
usable and its what is speced for my other off
shore loader

Assuming there is motor oil in the system now(per spec) I have read that motor oil and hydraulic fluid shouldn't be mixed together. That if I switch to hydraulic fluid I would have to drain the system completely including the rams, hoses etc.
Is this correct? Thanks all for the replies.
