101 Jr. throw out bearing carrier

I'm putting a new clutch in my 101 jr and the throw out bearing carrier looks a little suspect. The "ears" are pretty worn and it appears they have had a piece of steel welded to them sometime over the years. I'm thinking it might be a carrier from another model that was modified to work on this one. Anyone have a picture of an original 101 jr t.o.b. carrier? This one has 2 ears for actuation and one with a hole in it for a spring I assume (no spring was present though).

Here are 3 photos of the throw-out-bearing and carrier on my 101 Jr RC that I'm rebuilding right now.

Thanks for the pics. Mine is similar but the area where the "fork" rides has some 1/8" steel plates welded to the cast iron. Maybe it was worn down there and this was a fix during it's last clutch job. Your's appears to have the start of a little wear in these areas. Mine is worse. I may weld a little more metal on them and then grind smooth. The number on mine is 32548A. Did your pressure plate have shims/washers at the six bolt locations? Mine did but the new pressure plate I received doesn't appear to need them. How big is your return spring? I imagine they are no longer available so I might have to go the McMaster Carr route. Thanks again!
