165 Lift problem

Sat for a while, when I got it everything except pto clutch seemed to work ok (didn't use much) but when I was using a sub soiler it wouldn't pull it back out of the ground... After I got it out, only the draft control lever would work.
I decided to split / put mew o-rings in the pump/ stand pipe. Also put 2 new clutches in...
Got it back together and the draft control still works but won't hold much weight.
Lift works kind weird. It will do nothing without draft control. If DC is half way up the quad, the lift will move the links up slowly after u pass the DC lever and will lower the links if u go back down below the DC lever.
I did not put a new pressure relief valve in. Could that be the problem?
It's a multipower tractor but the MP pump is unhooked (was when I took it apart). Also the stand pipe orings (new) wasn't as wide as the old ones (one old one was so bad it fell apart when I took apart). Even the squeeze out wont make them as wide as the old one but the diameter fit tightly into the pump, the upper didn't seem to fit as tight into the diverter valve housing.

All info greatly appreciated

BTW I put a gauge on the aux line and switched the diverter... has 2500psi with the response lever housing removed (low oil) and very low idle.

Not totally sure what it's doing but the draft control lever needs to be all the way up for the position control to work properly. Draft control is ONLY used to control load on the tractor with an implement that goes in the ground like a plow or sub soiler. Position control can be adjusted when using the draft control to set lift height but for the position control to work properly, the draft control has to be all the way up. Draft control can be used to lift and lower an implement but you can't use the draft control to control how high it lifts. It HAS to be pulled all the way up. Going part way up only lessons the "draft" on the tractor. If you don't want the implement to go as high as the 3 pt. will lift, then you use the position control to set the maximum lift height. That's why there is an adjustable stop on the quadrant. There is also adjustable guide for setting the draft control the same but it doesn't have a stop.

So in a nutshell, if the draft control is anything less than all the way up, it will appear there is a problem with your 3pt. lifting an implement when there really isn't anything wrong. The control on the cover by your right foot adjusts how fast the draft control reacts and adjusts itself.

Cant post pic but the 1 of the bolts to mount ram cylinder was broke in half and the oring between the cylinder and lift plate extruded also bent the cam mechanism for the contol lever
