MF 202 Help

I am working on a MF 202. I"m new to the site and to tractors in general. I need help with diagnosing my MF 202. It"s old and the loader will not raise. the hydraulic lines have been disconnected to the real controls. I have checked all visible lines for obstruction or pinching and have replaced what I"ve seen. I have filled reservoir but yet nothing is happening. Could it be my pump. Also after running it for over 20 minutes, I noticed my hydraulic lines are still cold. I"m sure they should have gotten warm or hot. Can someone direct me in where to look next. Thanks.

At the front of the tractor, behind the grille is your hydraulic pump. It is attached to the front of the engine. Make sure the coupling there is still intact. The hydraulic pump should turn at all times when the engine is running. There is also a filter right beside the pump, it could be plugged to the point it doesn't allow any fluid to pass.
What is the history of this tractor? Any clues from previous owner?
