Mf 1745 round baler

Bought a used mf 1745 round baler but used very little. Took it to the field built a bale and it wouldn't come out. Had to pull it out. It wasn't like it was stuck just wouldn't fall out. This baler does have a kicker on it and everything seems to be working. Will be very thankful of any suggestions on how to fix the problem.
 
I think that is strange! Did you open the door all the way? Is the sides a little rusty? I have put 8k bales through mine since new in 06 but they have always came out just fine! Let me know, been a heck of a good baler for me, still puts out nice solid bales. Tom
 
Tom We ran about 50 bales last night and your right beautiful bales. This baler is clean inside and out almost showroom clean. I walked for two hrs while the baler ran trying to see why the bale wouldn't come out. The best thing we came up with is the kicker. When the door opened the bale would come out a little and the kicker would balance it right at the pivot point of the kicker. I think we are gonna have to lower the kicker where it mounts to baler. We pulled the kicker off to see what would happen and it worked fine. 122 bales and no problems with the kicker removed.
 
Hi Only agco could sell a baler that the bales won't come out of L.O.L. In europe they always used to buy odd ball stuff, and badge it in their colors, sell it for a while then there was no parts.
Wonder how long before these machines are the same way. Some of the Massey balers used to be Gehls re badged. Had A guy used to by Gehl parts for his when I worked in a dealership. There are no parts for them in Manitoba now, from what I see around here.
