Massey 383 Fuel Tank

I have a Massey Ferguson 383 that if left outside and rained
on will get water in the fuel tank. Has anyone else had this
problem? If so, what was the solution? As long as it stays
under a roof it doesn't do this. Thanks in advance.

check around the top of the tank for a leak if fuel gets out water can get in,if your fuel cap doesn't have the rubber top still on it this sorry grade diesel fuel we are sold today may have caused the cap to rust thru, without the rubber top water could seep in, I'm having problems with caps rusting on a couple of ours
