14.9/38 X 15.5/38

This is from a previous tread but I bought a set of 15.5 x 38 on 14 in. rims and was wondering if they will fit on the 13 in. rims on my 44 now. It had 14.9 x 38's on 13 in. rims on it. Anyone know or have experience with this?
 
They will fit. Will be a little more rounded than on 14" wheel, but unless your pulling you'll never know the difference. had a set of 14.9's on 11 inch rims for a long time...
 
Not with great certainty,but you need to CHECK your rims width again,because no 13-38 rims were ever made unless by a custom maker.13-38s were on 12"rims and 14.9-38s were never OEM.Every body went 15.5-38s and thus 14"rims.Just a heads up maybe.
 
Very well ccould be the case. I have 2 44's that have 14.9's on them that say on 13 in rims but I have never measured either one of them, I will soon though. If that's the case I hope the 15.5's will fit on a 12 in rim!
 
Afraid not. They are so dry rotted that I am scared to drive it like they are for fear of an explosion. I'm in N.C.
