MF4253 Shuttle Shift problem

I have a 2001 MF4253 that is very hesitant to move once the clutch is disengaged. I had noticed it getting slower to engage over the past few weeks and just barely moves now. In fact, when I backed it into my building 2 days ago, it hesitated and then slowly moved.

Might anyone have suggestions as to cause and remedy? Any help would be most appreciated. Thanks.

i would first check cluch addjustment
if that checks out you will probably need to do a
cluch repacement

Thanks for the suggestion. I hope that just an adjustment will work and that a replacement will not be needed...but I"ll do whatever must be done. Do you know if there are good Parts/Service Manuals available online? Thanks again.
