clutch release bearing

I am replacing the clutch on my MF50. The kit came with a new release bearing, but it goes into a holder and I am not sure how to get the old one out. Is this something a machine shop needs to do? I do not have a press myself.
Thanks

I've done them on my 65. Usually take the springs off then you can put the whole thing ing the vise and tap the old bearing off and the new one on.

Thanks Brendon. Three taps and it was off! I have learned after many costly mistakes, if it does not move, turn, twist, etc. easily, ask somebody who knows.
Thanks again
