Ok, Lift Problems, Lift goes up, Lift goes Down, Lift want hold or work with anything over 200lbs on the arms. Have drained and flushed system, added new fluid, didn't do anything to the pickup screen, as I couldn't see it through the inspection hole. New pressure tube. I am at a lose. Lift work perfect and strong before I pulled the top off to change fix the slip coupler problem. This is my last hope and chance before I call and send it to a shop. Thanks

You need to unbolt and lift the top cover upwards slightly, and make sure that the pressure control actuating lever is sitting correctly on top of the pressure control unit, mounted on the hydraulic pump.
As you look at the rear of the top (hitch) cover, the lever is on the R.H.S. towards the front of the underside of the cover.
