Filter Location on a MF1080

I am looking for the Hydraulic filters on a 1080, I found the one in front of the radiator, it was terrible so I want to know if there are any others that I need to change that may be hidden and how u get to them. Thanks

Chris. The one in front of the radiator is for the Multi power and the only other one is a screen in the tranny.

Actually their is another filter on the Hydraulic Lift Pump buried in the transmission..along with the screen on the intake for the pump and the filter for the multi-power pump by the oil cooler up front of the radiator. If you look at the Agco online parts book, under the heading, Hydraulic Lift Pump, it shows it. Now as for accessing it, you will need the dealer repair manual to get to it with out doing damage. You have to take off the 3 point lift cover, easy enough, BUT, the manual for my 180 has 3 pages to explain how to get to it. I believe the procedure for the 1080 is about the same. If the problem is the multi-power, only the front filter affects it. That's my take on the subject.

Any good universal hydraulic oil will do. Power stearing is seperate system and uses the same oil.
