vertical exhaust for my 50 massey

Hi During high winds yesterday was blessed to have my plastic shelter decide to become airborne and in the process tear the exhaust pipe off my 50 Massey that was stored inside
Tractor is powered by a 3 cylinder Perkins engine. Tractor serial number is SNW532500
I have exhausted-pardon the pun lol my success at finding the proper exhaust system to order the parts
The exhaust manifold has a 3 bolt flange facing downward, a 180 degree elbow bolted to this and then the muffler sits down on this elbow.
I need the elbow and muffler
Anyone have any suggestions for this? I am wondering if this was a conversion from a horizontal system. I do not want to use horizontal pipe set up

I found this one on eBay. Try looking under 65
Massey. I think it was like 50 bucks. Good luck.

A 65 may use a bigger elbow because it has a bigger engine but a parts catalogue should show all the different exhaust arrangements. Look on this site for parts and it will probably show them.

Hi I have looked through YT site and talked to them on the phone. The elbow I need is not available As stated on here the 65 elbow may work I will have to do some research into this I spoke to the MF dealer in Winnipeg and they have no listing either Does anyone know of a tractor wrecking yard in northern USA There used to be one in Manitoba but it has closed down

The 50 with the 3 cyl Perkins diesel has a weird exhaust manifold for it compared to the manifold for a 150 with 3 cylinder Perkins diesel (the 150 is just a newer version of the 50). Sounds like someone swapped exhaust manifolds.

I got the tractor after my dad owned it for about 10 years He bought it from the original owner It had the existing exhaust on it when dad got it so the pre ions owner may have modified it

Here is what it is supposed to look like. Maybe you could have a muffler shop bend something up for you?

Looked it up on AGCO's website, the MF 50 used exhaust manifold part number 733520M1 for both horizontal, and vertical exhaust. The elbow for the vertical exhaust is part number 507502M1. The muffler part number is 187184M91. Those are all Massey Ferguson part numbers.

Is the elbow you have is cast iron, or regular pipe? The MF elbow is cast iron, if it's regular pipe someone made it.

Hi This is a different set up than what was on my tractor The inset picture is what I have where the exhaust manifold flange faces down and there is that elongated elbow assembly The main picture here makes sense It would involve changing the manifold as it exits horizontally and uses a complete different elbow. Like I said it makes more sense than the set up that was on the tractor

where did you find this parts break down I have been through YT site more than several times and haven't found this picture
DO you have part numbers to correspond with the picture
