Plug Wires Too Short for my 135

I have a massey 135 perkins gas 3 cylinder. I purchased new plug wires and they appear to be too short. They were supposed to be custom made to fit. The old plug wires are routed from the distributor cap through a metal oval and onto the plugs. The new wires are too short for this. I also checked at TSC with another set are supposed to be for my tractor and they are too short. Am I not seeing something. Are all plug wires supposed to route thru the metal oval?

Ive gotten into this problem on Wisconsin and minneapolis engines. If you only have one tractor to do get bulk wire and crimp your ends on it. Just make sure it is wire core. Points ignition does not have enough voltage for modern wire.
