I'm working on a MF 65. the idle is way to fast. there is some play in the throttle lever so that if I push it up the idle is better but when I let go, the idle returns fast again. the screw on the throttle plate of the carb is out as far as it can go, so adjusting it won't help. I'm not sure what other adjustment I can make. ideas? (sorry, posted this to the wrong forum earlier).

I accidently took a pic of this one on my MHF50, but these are factory option/aftermarket throttle keepers, usually just an arched iron bar with notches to drop the lever in the one you want. A lot easier than tearing into stuff working linkages under the dash etc etc. Really helps your brain and momentum while plowing snow...or preferably warm dirt...

Gosh Sam. I have been too busy to 'customize' the 50 yet. These gauges might actually work, I don't pay attention to things like that...

Maybe next winter take off all your steering wheels and bondo them. Bet you hate that word winter.Like that add-on.
