please help!! Massey 1130 lift arms

My hydraulics work great except for my 3 point hitch. It will lift up and down however when I try to lift something over 300 pounds it stalls. The picture shows the valve under the seat. Is it suppose to squirt that much oil out will trying to lift a heavy load? Also my lever on the Right side of seat that controls Arms is frozen. I can't push down and twist it. PleAse help. I found thIs tractor in the weeds and have replaced pto clutch, radiator, rebuilt injection pump replaced fillets and cleaned hydraulic fluid screen. This is last thing i need to fix. Please help!!!!!!!

Hey you and I are in the same boat, my 2705 had a leaking lift cylinder so I replaced the seals in both and cut hay Friday, I happen to look back and the arms were down and I had them up, it shot some oil out on the left hand side the housing and there was no more up, don't know didn't even get a chance to use the arms, didn't leak after went down so went on my way cutting hay, another project on the list.

I would check the relief valve. It is on the left side of the opening that you have pictured.
