MF 2745 injection pump timing

Need help timing an injection pump in my 2745 Massey. It has an inline injection pump with all the lines coming out the top on pump. I have the number one cylinder on TDC now I need to know how to time the pump. there are 2 view holes on the plate that holds the pump that you can see down into the injection pump drive marks, which hole due I use the one with a square removable cover or the round plug hole on the very top? Also does the injection pump send fuel to the same cylinder every rotation or every two rotations?
 
Which injection pump do you have, the Bosch MW or the CAV/Simms replacement for the original rotary CAV DP15? Post the pump #, Bosch will be a ten digit # on the PUMP tag like this, 0 000 000 000. If CAV/Simms the tag will have a P0000 # . If I know what you are working with I should be able to find the timing spec. Both pumps do also turn 1/2 engine speed, like the camshaft.
 
The tag on the pump reads P505977D, and stamped on the cast reads CAV-England. On the removable side cover is the work Minimec. The pump had a gear bolted on the input shaft that will only fit in the drive gear one way. There is a mark on the drive gear, I am thinking that is one of the marks to use, and u can see the mark throw the hole that the manual says to use for timing but there is no corresponding mark.
