The three point arms rise as soon as the engine starts and will not go down regardless of lever position. They will drift down after several hours after engine shutoff. Anyone have any suggestions.

Your control valve in your pump is stuck, If your not confident going into it, Find some one who is..

My 150 did it once. Remove the round cover behind you right foot (sitting on tractor) after removing the lowest bolt to drain oil level down. In the attached picture you will see the control spool linkage lever, it has a roller in the holes shown just above the text. With the tractor OFF move the lever with your hand/fingers. If it's stuck you will feel it when it breaks free.
