Hi I recently replaced the o rings on my shut off and throttle shaft along with the top cover gasket. All went pretty smooth and easy after reading threw some previous post. My spring im 99% positive was in 3 on both sides and reassembled that way. But now when I return my throttle lever to low idle position it just stalls out. Runs perfect other wise and no leaks on the pumps at all, finally, but just cuts out at with throttle all the way returned? Any thoughts on to why? Thanks

I did my 180 and I'm pretty sure it was in the center hole. Those covers are ticklish business and you need to have them back where they started. There is however a stop on them that can be adjusted. I'm sure someone that knows more than me will offer up some help. You gootta love this site!

Dieseltech can tell you he should be along on here anytime. I have a chart here somewhere that tells but it goes by the pump number. Dieseltech may need your pump number also

From what I can tell from a chart I found online and my pump number of 9 is that it should be 3 and 3 like I thought and I put it back together. Just unsure as why it now shuts it down. Runs fine other wise and threw all rpms.

A 9 is 3&3..bottom hole on governor link and last hole on throttle shaft, closest to the pivot..
Don"t worry about it.. just turn up the idle stop screw until desired rpm is achieved..
Make sure your throttle lever is correctly in the notch[flats] on the shaft..
