I have just rebuilt the steering ram and the control spool valve and replaced the hoses on my 1957 MH 50, but am missing the pin (?) that connects the ram to the steering arm. I have stuck a bolt in there for now, look in the red box on the photo. I need the part, or dimensions so I can have one made. Help :!:

(quoted from post at 19:03:37 04/20/14) You need the tapered screw # 182 725 M1, and nut 353 436 X1. It is used to control spool travel for the power assist steering.
 Thanks! Now, where can I get these parts?

My 65 is leaking at the front ps cylinder, how much was the rebuild and where did you find the parts?thanks

If it's like mine, it's just a hydraulic ram and any good hydraulic shop should be able to do it. If the shaft is badly pitted you can either have a machine shop make one or sleeve the old one. If you are adventuresome you might try it yourself. Go slowly, make notes, take pictures, keep it clean, get the tools you need. Probably good snap ring pliers and basic hand tools.
I had an estimate of $180 I think.

There are some you tube videos on hyd. cyl. repair that show you better than I can tell you. There are lots of O-rings and seals available, some web sites have charts with specs and sizes, if you can"t figure out what you need a good shop should be able to help.
Good luck!
