Massey 245 clutch issue

Howdy, I have a massey ferguson 245 (2 stage clutch). The throw out bearing, pressure plate, and clutch were replaced last summer. Now today, I was pulling a truck, after I was done, whenever I pushed the clutch in, even the slightest bit it made a constant clicking noise. It went faster as the motor sped up. It did it a while today, then all of a sudden it just stopped making the noise. Now when I push the clutch, when I just very very very slightly ease off the clutch it grabs and takes off. Now, it usually grabs about a 1/4 way up or so. Now it grabs immediately when I get the clutch off. Is my clutch going out? Or what's the issue?! Thanks so much in advance!!!

You may have a broken finger joining link? Or you could have broken a piece off the plate, this may have dropped between the plates. Look up from underneath and check all the clutch fingers first...............Sam

I'm dealing with a foggy memory here, but a while back, a neighbor put a clutch in my 40b for me. After a short while when I pushed the clutch in and the tractor kept wanting to move. If I remember right there were some hair pins that held the fingers on and the clips started coming out. They were installed backwards from the part manufacturer and the spinning of everything made them work out. Alot of cursing later, we got everything in the right way by working through the inspection plate. Don't know if your symptoms are like mine, but that was my problem.
