After setting a few months, AD203 won't start. Bled system and have fuel flow at both , upper &lower bleed screws on injector pump, but no fuel from lines on rear of pump, (injector lines) or at injectors. Wondering if possibly the fuel shut off on the injector pump is not functioning or if I need to have the pump rebuilt. Any idea's appreciated. Thanks

Tap your pump body with either a rubber hammer or a block of wood.....sounds like the metering valve is stuck?????Sam

Metering valve may be stuck in the off position as Sam mentioned. Or worse the rotor plungers may be stuck also. If fuel has had any water or biodiesel that makes the trouble more likely. I see this trouble more lately on the pumps I repair. Best way to keep condensation water out is to keep the fuel tank full when tractor is not being used.
