253 massey fergusion

I have a 253 Massey Fergusion that had a 232 loader put on it; that is tied into the Auxiliary Hydroxylic. The auxiliary hydroxylic does not work!!!! Tried everything I know to try, ANY help will be appreciated.

My only experience is with a 250...seems to me there is a round knob that needs turned in front of the seat or nothing works.

If you have 'T'ed into the pressure line between the pump and the aux valves then the loader valve will let the oil dump straight through and back into the sump. You need a restricter on the loader line, or better still a turn off. The proper way to plumb two sets of spool blocks is to have the feed into one and the return from that spool into the feed of the second spool valve, then the return of the second valve can dump the oil from both valves......

does your's have a remote valve if it does that's where the loader should hook up more gpm on that pump the 2 we have have a lever on the right side of the set that will tie flow from the lift pump to the remote also increasing gpm, from what you described your's is supplied by lift pump ,move the position lever out of constant pump position then move loader valve to the raise position and hold it there, then try the lift it should work unless someone used the wrong adapter to tap into the lift cover,if it does work as described then you need a selector valve kit ,they can be purchased from this site

got my systems confused,samn40 has your answer,if you decide to connect the loader valve return back to the remote circuit make sure it has" power beyond capability"
