Identify this panel switch

On the right side of the switch panel, there is a pull switch that I'm not sure what it is for; it may have been added later. (Can anyone tell me how to post a picture?)

The mysterious switch is by my right knee and looks like a light switch. But the light switch is on the opposite side with the key switch.

This is a diesel, and above the mystery switch is a button for the starter. I'll post a picture once I learn how.

By my Left Knee is the Key-switch and a pull-switch for the lights (lights no longer have wires). On the Right is the Multi-Power lever. And further right than that are the Push-button Start-Button (unlabled) and a mysterious unlabeled pull-swich similar to the light switch.

Has the button start switch been added? Any idea what the other pull switch is for?
If it has been added, I'll use that location for a button- for my Thermostart.

And, finally, what gauge wiring should go to my Thermostart?

Thanks (I have a photo but don't know how to load it).

Here's a photo of the strange switch location

I don't know what your mystery switch is. I do know that the starter button is NOT original. That tractor should start with the key.

Thanks, Bob.
I didn't think they were locate in a "factory" place... kind of off to the side like that. That explains why my mechanic complained that my switch didn't work. I guess I should have mentioned the button.

I assume then that my "mystery switch" is a replacement light switch, then. I'll drill it out for a starter button for my Thermostart (see new posting about wiring a Thermostart).

The tag around the key switch indicates that the thermostart should work with the key if this is the correct switch and the wiring is in place.
